You took this whole issue personal. I was merely fore-warning about what had happened. Since we all ( GC expectants) are going thru horrible agony, devil tricks you to circumvent the system, especially people like Dr. Ramesh.
On seperate note, citizenship can be revoked. Their are creterions for revocation, but this indian-origin doctor is not going to be stripped off his citizenship. I will certainly hope this happens to him, but I know it won't.

you dont need to have ssn in hand to start work only EAD. Apply for SSn and the employer will be handed over docs of application, it takes 4-6 weeks to get the card.

Here's our situation:
Both of our GC applications were filed in EB3 categories, by our individual employers, independent of each other.
My priority date is Apr 2002. My 140 is approved and 485 was filed in 2007 and is currently pending.
My husband's 140 is also approved and 485 was filed back in 2005. His priority date is Sep 2003.
Is there any way now to link both our applications, so he can take advantage of my earlier priority date without him having to withdraw his 485 application?
Here is what I understand, but make sure you seek professional opinion before making any move.
He can simply submit another I-485 as the derivative of your application. Of course that can only happen when your PD becomes current. He does not have to withdraw his own application. If he gets GC as your derivative, his other I-485 will automatically become invalid.

I have problem with my lawyer too .I found out he made a mistake on my application concerning my information.my employer gave me the password so I checked my status on line.and when I asked him what gonna happen with my application .he were furious and he ask me who told you and he says thats not true.but I saw every thing with my proper eyes .any way he told me that next time if I wana talk to him I have to send him a check of 250 dollar the price of the consultation.then he can answer my question.and he told me that if he wana hurt me he can do it.I don't know what he means.and after I called my employer to tell him about the lawyer .today I foundout that the password for checking the status was changed. here's my story friends .plus my perm is pending for 127 day by now. please guys advice

Also, at this point there are some questions lingering around your 'consulting' agency. I'm pretty sure a 4 yr. degree from an accredited college/university is considered equivalent to BS here. I really have suspicions on the real cause that's being presented to you.
You may want to check if your agency is employing others and if so, get in touch with one of them and gather facts.

Do you think moving to a new company should be a better idea?
considering the fact that my application would be rejected eventually?
any new company would also take a year to start my application and would mostly take 6 months to get a new job! effectively I would have 3 years of h1 cycle 2 for the new one
should i just wait and see if i get audited and if I do just move to a new place?
What would be my best bet?

Even if you change your job there is no guarantee that your New PERM/I140 won't get audited with new employer! So it all depends on the JOB and the employer. Best bet would be get EB3140 approved and then try to find a EB2 qualified Job and willing employer. Remember not all Jobs qualify for EB2! DOL and USCIS know the minimum job requirements for almost every position they receive PERM/I140 application. The more employer/attorney's try to apply for EB2 the more audits DOL/USCIS will follow.:(

Hello,
I have filed for conversion and have been waiting since march 28th. It has been over 4 months and I am yet to hear anything. If you work for large organization then Atterney is going to scare you about possible fallout from denial. My Atterney did scare me but my job description remained exactly same so I am confident case will not be denied. However, it is painful wait but it may be worth it if there is going to be any retro relief in near future. I will post as and when I hear about my case.

What kind of RFE besides the letter from the OBG doctor?
if u go to the doc, they will perform the the tests that are ok to perform..
Check with doc if they will accept the test results (PAP , HIV , etc) from your obgyns office. These tests are already done during initial stages of pregnancy.
Finally the doc will add a note to the medical report that some tests/shots are omited due to pregnancy.

Will there be an RFE? -- i dont know.. may be

I just had a response back from the MSDN boards that I need to hit test to find out which UI Element is being clicked. I will explore this route and will hopefully find an answer to post here.
In the event handler for the UI element you click, simply do a cast such as "sender as UIElement". That will give you a reference to the element you are trying to find.

2) Are we proposing a new bill? If so, is it not wise to propose a bill ASAP before rally? Law-makers are going to ask, what do you guyz want? Are there any benchmarks for rally? Having a solution (a bill) in hand will help to represent and to join more people for rally.

As mentioned before, I have good faith in IV & attending rally. So, people dont drag around it.

Guys, I did the same mistake. I called the customer service and she told me to post the requested change. I did sent my supporting documents, now I did resend another letter asking to correct.
I just reliazed that I too missed the last entry date field and had already sent the supporting docs this morning.. (efiled on last Saturday).
Can you tell us what are docs that you sent to USCIS to correct missing "last entry date"?
